Transport conditions

In order to guarantee the most efficient free delivery, we choose among different couriers, depending on the destination.
The courier services we usually rely on are Bartolini, GLS and DHL. when subscribing to our e-commerce, please specify your telephone number.

IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

If a purchase error occurred or in case of unwanted items, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the date of delivery. You will be fully refunded.
Items should be returned in original and unused condition.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Aliveris will manage the entire process, withdrawing the items at the address you indicated. You will be fully refunded, paying just the courier for the pick-up service.

HOW TO PACKAGE ITEMS

It is possible to reuse the original package or another box which fits the dimensions of the product. Make sure that the product perfectly fits the box: this way it won’t move during the transport, avoiding any possible damage. Plus, attach a copy of the invoice to the pack, and the bank account details to be refunded (please, seal the pack to ensure a proper transport).

HOW THE REFUND PROCESS WORKS

The refund will occur 20 working days after the receipt of the goods, aside from the payment method, the refund will be credited to the bank account you indicated. Make sure to attach such information to the pack.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGED ITEMS

If the pack is visibly damaged, we suggest not to accept it from the courier, contacting us immediately. In case of doubts, please accept subject to verification.
