  • 400gr di penne
  • 200gr di guanciale stagionato
  • 300 gr di fave
  • 180 di pecorino grattugiato

Boil fava beans for 5 minutes, then drain and put in a pan with oil, salt and pepper. In a non-stick pan, cook diced jowl bacon until crispy, and add fava beans. Drain pasta and put it in the pan with the other ingredients. Add grated cheese.
